Exchange bybit Kazakhstan, licensed by the Astana Financial Services Authority, has launched Kazakhstan’s first peer-to-peer cryptocurrency trading platform.
Now the company’s clients can buy and sell digital assets to others for Kazakhstani tenge without commission. Currently, the new platform only offers stablecoins. Tether (USDT). Due to the lack of competition, the sole exchange user who created the coin exchange ad buys and sells USDT at a less favorable rate than, for example, on the platform Binance, but its counterparties do not have to pay commission for transactions.

Users of the peer-to-peer platform are required to undergo identification, in accordance with anti-money laundering laws, and provide their payment information, specifically to Halyk Bank. Furthermore, bybit limits the amount of transactions, setting a limit of 2,5 million Kazakhstani tenge (₽375,000) per transaction and allowing conversion of no more than 5 million tenge (₽750,000) per day.
It is worth noting separately that bybit Kazakhstan is running a promotion for new clients, allowing newcomers to lock up various cryptocurrencies with increased returns. For example, USDT deposits offer up to 777% annual interest, while the recently launched Monad (MON) digital asset offers up to 300%.
