
According to RRepublican Unitary Enterprise for Supervision of Telecommunications «BelGIE», Belarus has begun blocking access to several cryptocurrency exchanges, including bybit, OK, BingX and Bitget.
This measure, implemented «based on a decision by the Ministry of Information,» disconnects Belarusian users from platforms that served as informal cryptocurrency gateways for deposits and withdrawals by clients used by many forex and CFD brokers.
Users with Belarusian IP addresses report that websites are not opening, and instead of the interface, a regulatory notification appears: «Access to the information resource is restricted by decision of the authorized body of the Republic of Belarus.»

This appears to be in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 367, adopted last year, which prohibits the illegal use of cryptocurrencies and restricts citizens’ ability to conduct certain transactions on foreign trading platforms, particularly those involving direct deposits or withdrawals of fiat or electronic money.
Earlier, the Investigative Committee confirmed that operations exclusively with cryptocurrency on existing accounts are not prohibited. restrictions are subject to streams fiat money.
However, the measures introduced completely restrict user access to crypto trading platforms, regardless of the type of transaction.
