
Kame Aggregator, a decentralized exchange aggregator on the Sei network, has confirmed that it has returned some of the funds stolen in a security breach that occurred on Saturday.

The exploit was discovered when Kame developers noticed suspicious activity and urged users to revoke token usage permissions. This warning limited the damage as many users responded to the warning in time.
The team later acknowledged the hack and began working with Sei network partners to track down the stolen assets and identify the affected accounts.
Kame established direct contact with the attacker shortly after the hack and was able to return 185 ETH to a backup wallet. While the exact amount of damage has not been disclosed, it is stated that a full review is underway to determine the total amount of losses. The team confirmed that it is developing a compensation plan for affected users.
